Our Monterey Pinot Grigio is a refreshingly crisp white wine that is perfect served as an aperitif or with a variety of meals. Its lively fruit character makes it a perfect match for lighter dishes, but its crisp acidity also helps counter rich dishes. On the nose, cirtrus aromas of lemongrass complement melon and pear notes. The wine was tank fermented at cooler temperatures to retain bright aromatics. The palate showcases bright fruit flavors of pineapple, melon, and pear with focused mineral notes and a crisp finish.
