Our Monterey Chardonnay exhibits all the elegant attributes of wines from this region. It was fermented in cool stainless steel tanks before being aged  in oak barrels. The wine has just a hint of toasty oak aromas that complement the ripe apple and melon notes on the nose. Our Chardonnay has a fresh acidity balanced with ripe tropical fruit flavors.
