Terms & Conditions

  • Persons under 21 years of age may not order or receive any shipment containing alcohol. Void where prohibited by law. To receive any package containing alcohol, an adult signature will be required.

  • There are several states that currently prohibit the direct shipment of wine to consumers, and this list of states can occasionally change. Adler Fels keeps our website updated with the most recent compliance information, and we will enable shipment of wine to new states as laws in those states allow us to do so.

  • For questions about orders already placed, please log into your account online, or call our customer service department at (707) 569-1493 x225, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST or email us at info@adlerfels.com. If you are dissatisfied with any shipment, we ask that you contact us within 15 days of receipt.

  • Due to various state and local regulations, we cannot deliver to post office boxes or military addresses.

  • All shipments are sent from licensed consolidation centers. Please allow from 2 to 5 business days for delivery of wine orders.
