Our Sauvignon Blanc was fermented at cool temperatures over an extended time period in stainless steel tanks. This winemaking technique helps retain the delicate and bright aromas and flavors of this wine. Aromas of kiwi, white peach and honeydew melon are displayed on the nose, while the palate mirrors these bright, juicy flavors. This wine is crisp with an elegant structure and clean finish.
