It’s okay to call this wine fat! The nose and palate of our Big Ass Chard feature caramel, baked apple pie, and toasty oak characters. This wine is rich in flavor, but it remains balanced with fresh notes of apple and pear and a slight mineral character. The wine was partially barrel-fermented in oak barrels for added richness and depth and then aged for 7 months in barrel. The palate is round and soft with a lingering finish.
